Sewell Psychiatry  Welcome to my practice. I specialize in integrating therapy and medications with nutritional supplements, sleep, spirituality, hobbies, light exerciseand examining diet and gut health to alleviate stress, anxiety, depression, and alcohol addiction. I enjoy helping teens and adults feel understood and supported, to confidently move forward with insight, purpose, and peace. I truly believe people are doing the best they can to manage with the tools they have so, my practice is one of compassion, non-judgment, and making progress.

I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. I graduated from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and the University of Maryland School of Nursing respectively. Born in Detroit, Michigan I  grew up in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area. 

However, you are the expert of what you have been through and I'm really just here to learn and help you figure out where to go from here. I always say none of this may be easy for you, but it's doable.
